Contents and dosage:

This bottle contains 10 ml of CBD oil, enough for approximately 250+ drops. The intake is very easy. The desired amount of oil is dropped under the tongue, left to work for 60 seconds, and then swallowed. The correct dosage of the oil cannot be precisely indicated, as each person and each condition is different. Gradually build up the intake and especially listen to (the reaction of) your body.
