Delivery time & shipping costs.

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM will be sent the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated are exclusive of shipping costs.

Delivery is via the TNT/DHL postman or parcel delivery person. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Please note: during holidays, bad weather, or special promotions (Black Friday / Cyber ​​Monday), the PostNL mail sorting centers may be busy. This may cause delivery to take longer.
