Cooling-off period/Return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or maybe there is another reason why you do not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Can I return it if I don't want the product; 

Yes, this is possible within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided the packaging is unopened. The safety seal must, of course, be completely intact. In that case, you will receive your purchase amount back in your account within a few days after we have received the package in good order. Please use our return form for the return shipment, and you will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. However, after 14 days, the return shipping costs from your home to the online store will be at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@calmactiva.com We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after you notify us of your return, provided the product is received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returning.

Exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all, then you can return the unused product / the unused products that you purchased in our online store free of charge within 14 days. You can contact info@calmactiva.com for this. However, you will initially bear the costs for returning the product, which we will refund to your account number after exchanging the product.

I provided an incorrect delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Exception return

Due to food safety, you can only return items in unopened packaging. NOnce the packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns. We rely on your understanding in this matter.
