Dosage
Recommended dosage:
•⁠  ⁠10% CBD oil: Start with 1-3 drops per day. Gradually increase the dosage if necessary.
•⁠  ⁠20% CBD oil: Start with 1-2 drops per day. Gradually increase the dosage if necessary.
•⁠  ⁠30% CBD oil: Start with 1 drop per day. Gradually increase the dosage if necessary.
•⁠  ⁠Maximum 6-8 drops divided over 24 hours.

Administration
Drop the oil under your tongue and hold it for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. The oil can also be mixed with other liquids.

Note:
It may take some time before you start to notice the effects of CBD. It is advisable to maintain a consistent dosage.
