CalmActiva respects the privacy of its customers, in particular their rights regarding the automated processing of personal data. For the sake of complete transparency, we have therefore formulated and implemented a policy regarding these processing operations themselves, their purpose and the possibilities for data subjects to exercise their rights as best as possible.

Article 2 – The processing of personal data

1. Your personal data is collected by CalmActiva. Personal data means: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
2. We process the following categories of personal data from you:

- Name

- Gender

- Address details

- Email address(es)/phone number(s) - Bank account number(s)

- Date of birth/age

Article 3 - Purpose of the processing

We do not collect your personal data for no reason. Your personal data is processed for:

- Better service to you

- Maintaining relationships with you

- Processing your orders

- Making offers

- Making announcements via post, emails and/or newsletters

- Customer savings programs

- Marketing purposes

- Compliance with a legal obligation

Article 4 - Registration of personal data

Your personal data will be registered in an (electronic) register. Article 5 - Your rights with regard to your data1. Based on article 13 paragraph 2 sub b GDPR you have the right to access and rectify or erase your personal data or limit the processing concerning you, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via info@calmactiva.com.

Any such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document, signed by you and stating the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within 1 month of the request being submitted. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months if necessary.

Article 6 – Legal obligations

In the event of a violation of any law or regulation, of which you are suspected and for which the authorities require personal data collected by the administrator, these will be provided to them after an explicit and reasoned request from those authorities, after which these personal data will therefore no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this privacy statement.

Article 7 - Commercial offers

1. You may receive commercial offers from the administrator, if you have given your consent. If you do not wish to receive them (anymore), please send an email to the following address: info@calmactiva.com.
2. Your data will not be used by partners of the responsible party for commercial purposes. Article 8 - Data retention period

The data collected by the administrator will be used and stored for the period as determined by law. Article 9 - Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. The court of the administrator's place of business has exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes regarding these terms and conditions, unless a statutory exception applies.
